If you rent your home from a private landlord and would like further help or advice about how to cope with the changes to Housing Benefits then please get in touch with us.

We can offer you some advice by telephone or one of our advisors can contact you to discuss your case in more detail and offer you individual help and support. There are several ways you can contact us:

Online

Complete the online referral form. Once you have completed the form one of the advisors working in your area will contact you within 5 working days.

By telephone

You can telephone us on 0845 120 2093 between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. This number is charged at local rate from a landline, calls from mobile phones may be charged more. If you are concerned about the cost of the call let us know when you ring and our advisor will phone you back.

At our Mobile Advice Centre

Call in to our Mobile Advice Centre when it is in your area. The next locations are:

  • 15th May - Ashton Market, Tameside
  • 16th May - Outside Laura Ashley, Warren Street, Stockport
  • 17th May - Outside Laura Ashley, Warren Street, Stockport
  • 18th May - Gorton Market, Manchester
  • 21st May - Warrington Market, Bank Street, Warrington
  • 22nd May - Warrington Market, Bank Street, Warrington
  • 23rd May - Standishgate, Wigan Town Centre
  • 24th May - Bradshawgate, Leigh Town Centre
  • 25th May - Legh Arms, Northenden Road, Sale Moor

You can call into the advice centre at any time between 10am and 3pm. You do not need an appointment.
